Wellseeing Consultancy
A Brief Biography
Born in South Africa, Ondy trained at Drama School in London and became Head of Drama at a secondary school in Northumberland. She moved to Cumbria to study Psychology and Philosophy at an Institute for Buddhist Studies and had access to teachings and practices from many respected teachers of Meditation and Spirituality. While raising her family she taught Drama, English and Religious Studies and was a locally well-known storyteller.

Ondy became a published author of Educational Literature specialising in Moral Issues and Personal, Social and Health Education and worked as a Religious Education Adviser for Secondary Schools. She left teaching as Head of Belief, Philosophy and Ethics to open and become the Director of The Core Centre for positive living and to establish Wellseeing Inner Management programmes. Now her training and consultancy work is sought after internationally.
In Ondy's Words
My work offers ways to help people cross over the bridge from a “getting and spending” mentality to a way of thinking that brings deeper fulfilment and meaning to life. In other words, having a Mercedes Benz is not the answer to finding genuine happiness but having a Mercedes Mind is. This leads ultimately to being more true and authentic to oneself.

Due to my own varied experience and personal development I am able to communicate and work with ancient traditional wisdom and modern psychology in an open and inclusive way. I call this Inner Management because it makes intelligent use of universal truths and provides practical and relevant methods to illuminate and clarify the mind. This makes my work accessible to anyone who wishes to nourish their inner selves and enrich their lives.

In a world that is desperate to heal itself, and in a time that longs to make sense of it self, this type of education and training is increasingly being acknowledged as essential skills for living.
