Emotional Intelligence
Emotional Intelligence within programmes such as S.E.R.I.S. is now considered an essential skill to teach children and is fundamental to Wellseeing practice and methodology. Wellseeing takes many different kinds of programmes that support the teaching of Emotional Intelligence into Schools and Pre-schools and also offers courses and workshops that will educate the whole school workforce, so that the support and understanding of these skills forms the foundation of the community.
By better understanding and managing our own thoughts and emotions we are then better able to support the emotional growth of the children we work with. Inner Management tools teach skills that once learned can be used everyday in a variety of situations.

Testimonial
“The course confirmed for me the real importance of emotional intelligence and how it will aid our children in success both academically and personally. To be sure and safe with yourself can only enable us to lead a fulfilled life – this is a skill we must give to our children. To understand why we feel the way we do and to have the appropriate tools to deal with our feelings is the key in today’s pressured society.

This was hard work, emotionally challenging……….and so rewarding.”
