![]() Inner Management - Outer Leadership
Developing the qualities of the human spirit is a neglected area that demands consideration in our self-development and personal mastery training. The intention is to examine whether humans have become spiritually deprived and how that might cause unhealthy attitudes and working habits within our organisations. Self-interest in organisations causes unethical practice that ultimately destroys an organisation. This awareness has led to the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility, with the altruistic intention of caring for others at its root. However, it is self-knowledge that leads humans to the awareness of how their actions might affect others. This apparent paradox of how the emphasis on the self might lead to selflessness is explored, and the programme offers opportunities for teams and individuals to consider how developing their whole selves might impact on their leadership skills and their organisation. Aims and Objectives
To investigate the inner world of a human being and its relevance to our outer world To understand the powers and influences that guide our every day thoughts and actions To recognize and assess how controlling, managing and harnessing these energies might enhance our self-development and become a strategy for positive change and improvement in our organization. Testimonial
“Ondy - Thank you for your invaluable contribution to the medal senior manager programme for our client Pfizer. Our intention was to have them explore leadership from new angles and thereby gain new and greater insights into the way they operate. Your approach was delightful and skilful since it moved them into the potentially spooky arena of spirituality without panic or derision – well done. The fast paced, hard driving, action oriented group was stilled and reflective and the effect was palpable. I can not judge what they ultimately got or will get from their explorations but their reactions seemed to show a very enlightening episode which I am sure they will not forget. Thanks again and I look forward to our next sojourn into stillness.” Clive Hook , Clearworth Consultancy |
