Servant Leadership Workshop
This workshop looks at the concept of leadership inside out. By asking ourselves challenging questions we begin to identify our leadership style and its effectiveness. We ask questions: What is our motivation? How have we come this far? What are we getting out of teaching and how are we benefiting others?

With reference to the work of Peter Senge, Jim Collins and Daniel Goleman, we investigate the altruistic qualities of holistic-led leaders from the past and present and consider if these qualities can enhance our own leadership styles, if we can develop qualities we normally associate with the great and the gifted and if these qualities can contribute to our skills and abilities as leaders in our schools and their relevance in our society.

Testimonial
“Ondy’s workshops at a conference for Head Teachers on 'Inspirational Leadership' reminded delegates of the importance of spiritual dimensions and responsibilities within their work. She explored the concept of “Servant Leadership” and challenged participants to attend to their own spiritual nourishment.

The workshops gave opportunities to do this in a non-threatening and refreshing way. Ondy made a significant and distinctive contribution to the conference and has much to offer those who work with young people.”
