This workshop focuses on how we can protect ourselves from low morale and frustration by developing the ability to see things more clearly and develop self-awareness and flexibility in our relationships with staff, children and parents.

We investigate how our minds operate in difficult situations and learn skills to decrease tension and stress, and to change negative thought patterns.
Aims and Objectives
Introduce group to Inner Management techniques to develop learning and understanding
Increase awareness of the nature of the mind
Develop self-awareness, self-esteem and awareness of others
Learn specific techniques to be used for self-awareness
Establish practices to support self-development and social skills
